Checking in at the front desk at Hydralive Huntersville

If needles make you tense, say so when you sit down. Our nurse will talk you through it, and you can look away the whole time. And if you want to stop partway through, say the word and we stop. The line comes out in seconds, and you can sit as long as you like before heading out.

Jennifer and Anthony, the owners, standing at the front door of Hydralive Therapy Huntersville

    We're Jennifer and Anthony

Hydralive Therapy is ours, and we run it in person, not from somewhere else. We built the kind of clinic we would use ourselves: every price published, no surprise at checkout, and no pitch waiting for you at the chair.

The clinical side is not a side project here. Every IV is placed by a registered nurse, and every order comes from our medical provider, who also handles the one-time consult on your first visit. If you have a question about what's in a drip, ask either of us. We would rather you leave without booking than book without understanding.

More about us and the team

    Questions we hear every week

How much does IV therapy cost in Huntersville?

IV therapy at Hydralive Therapy starts at $70 for a 500ml Express Drip, hydration is $94 for a full liter, and formula drips run $209 to $326 with members paying half. Your first visit is $129 total, which covers a $99 first IV and a one-time $30 medical consult. The full menu is published on this page, and the price you see is the price you pay.

    Do I need an appointment?

No, you do not need an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead holds your chair, which helps most on evenings and weekends. Weekday mornings are usually our quietest hours.

How long does an IV take?

Most IV visits take 30 to 45 minutes from sitting down to walking out. A first visit adds about 10 minutes for a short health intake. You can work, read or rest while the drip runs.

    Who puts the IV in?

Every IV at Hydralive Therapy is placed by a registered nurse. Your RN reviews your intake and places the line, and the orders come from our medical provider. No IV here is ever placed by unlicensed staff.

    Does insurance cover IV therapy?

No, insurance does not cover elective IV vitamin therapy, and we do not bill insurance. That is why every price is published on this page, so you know the full cost before you book. Whether HSA or FSA funds apply depends on your plan, so check with your plan administrator.

What's the difference between the Express and Hydration drips?

The Express Drip is 500ml of saline with electrolytes for $70, and the Hydration Drip is a full liter of the same formula for $94. The Express is the shorter, smaller volume option. If you are not sure which one fits, tell us how you are feeling and we will point you to one.

    Is cryotherapy safe?

Cryotherapy at Hydralive Therapy runs with short sessions, a health screening first, and a staff member present the entire time. Sessions last two to three minutes. Pregnancy and certain heart and circulatory conditions rule it out, which is exactly what the screening checks for. If you have a medical condition, talk with your physician before booking.

Can I do cryotherapy and an IV in the same visit?

Yes, you can do cryotherapy and an IV in the same visit, and members pair them often. Cryotherapy takes about three minutes and the IV takes 30 to 45, so plan for about an hour in the clinic. The Trifecta membership covers IV, cryotherapy and red light in one plan, at $359 a month on a 12-month term.
