IV Therapy in Huntersville, NC.
Twelve drip formulas from $66. Forty-five minutes. Off Reese Blvd, five minutes from Birkdale.
RN-administered. Open seven days. Walk-ins welcome. No membership required to book.
What is IV therapy?
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals straight into your bloodstream through a small line in your arm, so your digestive system never gets involved.
A session runs 30 to 60 minutes. At our Huntersville clinic on Reese Blvd, hydration drips start at $66, and formula drips run $209 to $326, with twelve options covering energy, athletic recovery, migraines, immune support, and metabolism. You can walk in. You can also book a slot and be back at your desk inside an hour.
Short on time? Injections, five minutes flat.
Seven quick shots, $25 to $110, five minutes each. B-12 at $25 is the cheapest way to find out whether any of this does anything for you.
A shot, start to finish. Less time than your coffee run.
Which drip should I get?
Pick the reason you're here. Tap to open the answer.
"I'm exhausted, and I don't know why."
Start with the Myers' Cocktail or a B-12 injection. If flat afternoons and poor sleep have been going on for months rather than weeks, the answer might not be a drip at all, and a hormone panel is the better first step. We'll tell you that instead of selling you twelve drips.
Myers' Cocktail, from $209
"I've got a race coming up."
Athletic Recovery Drip, ideally the day after your last long effort rather than the morning of. Pair it with compression in the same visit.
Athletic Recovery Drip, from $209
"I feel something coming on."
Cold & Flu Drip or High-Dose Vitamin C. Come in early rather than on day four.
Cold & Flu Drip, from $209
"My head is splitting."
Migraine Relief Drip. We keep the lights low in the back room. Bring sunglasses if you need them.
Migraine Relief Drip, from $209
"Yesterday was a lot."
Hangover Recovery Drip. We are open Sunday from 10.
Hangover Recovery Drip, from $209
"I'm working on my weight."
Metabolism Drip supports a plan. It does not replace one. If you want the actual plan, we offer medical weight loss.
Metabolism Drip, from $209
"I want to look better in photos next month."
Anti-Aging & Skin Drip, and give it three or four sessions rather than one.
Anti-Aging & Skin Drip, from $209
"I have no idea."
Then book the $129 first visit and let the consult sort it out. That is what the consult is for.

Where IV therapy fits
If you are seriously ill, go to Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center on Hospital Way. Everything short of that is fair game, and you do not need a dramatic reason to book. Dehydrated after a hot Saturday on the lake counts.
- A day on the water, on a job site, or on the course, and the heat won
- Back from travel and still not right
- Something is going round the house, and you would rather not catch it
- A big weekend that carried on longer than planned
- Weeks of functioning while running on empty
- The day after a race, or a training block that stopped feeling manageable
- A stomach bug that emptied you out
- A wedding, a photoshoot, or a beach week in a few weeks
- You want to feel better today, and you would rather not wait it out
The one thing IV does better than a pill is absorption. Anything given intravenously reaches your bloodstream in full because it skips digestion entirely. That is basic pharmacology, and it is the whole mechanism.

You talk to someone for five minutes
First visit means a medical consult and a short health history. If a drip isn't the right call for you, we'll say so.
-
A registered nurse places the line
One small stick, similar to a blood draw. Most people forget about it in a minute.
-
You sit for 30 to 60 minutes
Recliner, blanket, wifi. Calls, email, a show, or a nap.
-
You leave and get on with your day
No recovery time, no restrictions. Drive, train, work.
Under North Carolina rules, here's who's involved
An IV in this state is not something anyone can hand out. The North Carolina Board of Nursing requires a valid order from a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant with prescriptive authority, an individual assessment of whether the treatment suits you, administration by a registered nurse, and written emergency protocols kept on site. That is how we run every visit.
Who is IV therapy for?
People who train
She Tris on 27 September, the Lake Davidson Sprint Tri on 13 September, the Lake Norman 15K on 11 October. In a build block, recovery decides whether the next session is any good.
People who work from home and feel it
Around one in four Huntersville workers works from home, and the flat 2 pm and the poor sleep tend to arrive together. A Tuesday morning drip fits between calls.
Shift workers and people on their feet
Rotating schedules wreck hydration and sleep more than almost anything else. Come in on the way home from nights, or before the next block starts.
People with something coming up
A wedding at The Peninsula Club, a reunion, a beach week, a photoshoot. Book three or four sessions across the month ahead rather than one the day before.

I booked my first IV drip on a whim and felt like myself again by that afternoon. The staff walked me through everything and made it so easy. I signed up for a membership before I left.

Compression and red light after leg day are a game changer. It's close to home, quick in and out, and everyone actually remembers your name.

IV therapy FAQs
Does IV therapy hurt?
One small stick, about the same as giving blood. After the line is in you feel nothing. If needles genuinely frighten you, say so when you book and we will take longer over it, lie you down, and use a smaller gauge.
How long does an IV drip take?
Thirty minutes for the 500ml Express Drip, around forty-five for a liter, up to an hour for the larger formulas. Add five to ten minutes for check-in. Most people are in and out inside an hour.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You need a consult with our prescriber on your first visit, which is included in the $129 first-visit price and takes about five minutes.
Does insurance cover IV therapy?
No, and no wellness IV clinic in the country can bill for it. It is an elective service. HSA and FSA cards do usually work, and plenty of clients pay that way. Check your plan's eligible-expense list.
How often should I come?
It depends entirely on why you are here. Someone in a race build might come every two weeks through a heavy block. Someone managing chronic fatigue might come monthly. Someone with a hangover comes once and hopefully learns something. We will give you a straight answer at the consult, and the answer is sometimes that you do not need to come back.
Can I do this on my lunch break?
Yes. Book the 500ml Express Drip, tell us you are on the clock, and we will get you out inside forty minutes. Parking is at the door.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Monday through Wednesday mornings are the quietest and you will almost never wait. Weekends we recommend booking.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Bring a friend, bring your partner, bring your kid's iPad. The family membership at $144 a month exists because couples kept signing up separately.
What if I feel unwell during the drip?
Tell the nurse and we stop. It is a line in your arm, not a procedure, and it can be discontinued at any second. Emergency protocols are documented and on site as North Carolina requires.
What comes with my first visit?
A free cryotherapy session and a free red light session with any paid service. Drip, injection, consult or compression, it applies to all of them.
Are there side effects?
Some people get a cool feeling in the arm, a vitamin taste in the mouth, or mild bruising at the site. Rarely, a little lightheadedness. We go through the full list at your consult and tailor the formula around any medication you take.
